One of the technical difficulties of LED lighting is heat dissipation. The poor heat dissipation results in LED driving power and electrolytic capacitor becoming the short board for further development of LED lighting.
Only when the heat is exported as soon as possible can the cavity temperature in LED lamps be effectively reduced, can the power be protected from working in a prolonged high temperature environment, and can the LED light source avoid premature aging due to long-term high temperature work.
Just because the LED light source does not have infrared ray and ultraviolet ray, so the LED light source does not have radiation heat dissipation function, the heat dissipation path of the LED lighting lamp can only be exported through the radiator which is closely combined with the LED lamp bead board.The radiator must have the function of heat conduction, heat convection and heat radiation.
Any radiator, besides want to be able to carry heat quickly from heat source to radiator surface, the mainest still should rely on convection and radiation to send heat out into the air.Heat conduction only solves the way of heat transfer, and heat convection is the main function of radiator. Heat dissipation performance is mainly determined by the ability of heat dissipation area, shape and natural convection intensity.Generally speaking, if the distance from the heat source to the surface of the radiator is less than 5mm, the heat can be exported as long as the thermal conductivity of the material is greater than 5, and the rest of heat dissipation must be dominated by heat convection.
